Britt Mitchell is a bestselling author, speaker, and brand strategist with nearly 20 years of experience across marketing, sales, and enablement—leading teams and driving strategy across Fortune 50 and high-growth tech companies.
In 2025, Britt stepped into the role of CEO of Dream Bigger Now TODAY, the company she co-founded with her mom, Rita P. Mitchell. Built over seven years alongside her corporate career, Dream Bigger Now TODAY helps people own their story, protect their joy, and lead with purpose through keynotes, collaborative workshops, and published works. Their books and speaking engagements have reached national stages and audiences at Meta, Deloitte, Pinterest, the National Urban League, and more.
Earlier in her career, Britt led digital advertising strategy at State Farm, overseeing a $250M media budget and earning recognition as one of Brand Innovators' 40 Under 40. She later transitioned into tech and served as Global Head of Enablement at LiveRamp, where she also chaired the Women@ LiveRamp ERG and graduated from the McKinsey Black Leadership Academy in 2023.
Britt holds a B.S. in Marketing, International Business, and French from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville—where she was also named a UT 40 Under 40 honoree—and an International MBA from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business. She has lived and worked in Paris and is fluent in French.
Britt is based in New York City and is passionate about helping individuals and organizations turn bold visions into brands that move people.
